Hello Everybody,

I've just managed to get to the login screen for the RaQ 550 OSS release. At 
the moment I'm running  Apache 2.0.40 + PHP 4.3.3 both compiled from source 
with Kenji's patches.

I can't login at the moment since I don't have PAM for cced etc. installed, 
but I can verify that cced access does work from PHP.

Also, I am currently running with locales disabled due to msgfmt not 
accepting the deprecated -e flag, but I'll try and get that sorted soon.
