Now, current Blue Quartz supports for Red Hat Linux 9 only, becase Blue
Quartz is required that daemon includes config file in /etc/httpd/conf.d
and /etc/php.d directory.
So, it works fine on RHL8, if you write this configuretion.
But, I've tried to test on Qube3 with RHL.

I will use "<?php" tag instead of "<?" tag and fix in CVS repository.
The next release should be fine.

This is browser issue and original Qube3 has same problem, so please try
to use IE or Netscape. I can access via Mozilla Firebird 0.7 on XPPro
and Fedra core 1.
