Try delete cert, save, recreate.

I'm having issues with one of our sites, where the SSL cert timed out today.
The https service stopped responding.

 

I renewed the cert via the admin GUI, with a new 12 month self-signed cert.
But, their https service still doesn't respond.

 

I've tried restarting httpd, but I really have no idea what else to try.
