Hello all,
I managed to fix GUI problem now, I have following errors when I change user
- vsite settings,
 
cantAddToSiteGroup 
The operation failed. Unable to update the capabilities for site
administrators. 
The operation failed. Unable to update the capabilities for site
administrators. 
cantUpdateSiteAdminCaps 
There are no solutions anywhere and I am STUCK!

I can not access admin GUI somehow,
 ~]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/admserv stop
Stopping admin web server:  httpd.admsrv                   [  OK  ]
 ~]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/admserv start
 tarting admin web server:                                 [  OK  ]
 ~]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart
works ok but GUI is not showing up..
