Hi Ken, Arthur, and Benz0-
Thanks for the posts.
I was able to boot the server with the -noapic directive.
Dell had very, very little on their kbase about SMP, and there are no
options I can find anywhere in the BIOS.
It looks like there may be some stablity issues with the -noapic option on
some systems. 'm going to watch this for a whle and see what happens.
