Subject: [coba-e:09543] can't add users to a site or delete it

I have a BQ server that was set-up with Nuonce's disk (Centos) that has been

in use for about a year. It has over 100 active sites.

I just created a new site, and then went to create the first user for that
site. When trying to save, I get the following error:

cantAddToSiteGroup

Since it is a new site, I thought maybe I'd delete the site and try again.
But in trying to delete it, I get the following error:

Unable to get the GID for site32. site32 does not appear to exist on the
system.

I have a feeling this is a database problem. Is there some tool to fix
this? I recall on the old Cobalt servers there was a tool to fix the
database when it was out of sync. Is there anything similar for BQ?

I tried searching this in the archives, and only found one reference to
these error messages. It was from 2004 and it didn't seem to apply in my
case (it was for a brand new install, and the suggestion was to add some
specific rpms)

Thanks for your help!
