I noticed that the problem was originated in:
Apr 10 18:06:07 Updated: mysql.i386 4.1.20-2.RHEL4.1

After this install step it kept restarting CCED.
So i manually shut down those processes, fired the yum updater again, 
and no problem at all.. Weird..
