There are apparently new server updates, or at least one of our client
servers picked some of them recently and got stuck doing several cced.init
restarts
 
root      6154  0.0  0.2  5060 1416 ?        S    18:06   0:00 /bin/sh
/sbin/service cced.init restart
root      6157  0.0  0.2  5060 1504 ?        S    18:06   0:00 /bin/sh
/etc/init.d/cced.init restart
root      6160  0.3  0.2  5064 1520 ?        S    18:06   0:00 /bin/sh
/etc/init.d/cced.init stop

what is causing it, we don't know, but killing all the cced.init process and
starting only one seems to fix the issues. The pacakges that were updated
were.
