If the project leads are looking for a hosting platform (ie tracker,
wiki, ect..) I have used http://trac.edgewall.org/  and I like it
quite a bit.  I know Brian mentioned something wordpress related, but
I think this would have many advantages over WP.  Creating a
look-n-feel that matches BQ would not be too difficult.
