Hi,

I need my /etc/hosts file to be world readable, but it appears to be being
reset to no permissions to world.

I fixed it once. and then it noticed it was reset today. I have an angry
customer had an email to her mailing list not go out last night due to this
issue.

Any ideas as to what is changing the permissions and how to make it not do
it?
