We recently configured 9 Tyan GS14 servers for a customer, with BIOS
reflashed to version 1.19 and had no issues with the USB CDROM.

We found that it was not necessary to remove and reinsert the USB cable
to the CDROM when the install paused at "Loading /sbin/loader". YMMV.

We were using the NuOnce 4.6 installer.
