Yes, then it's LCAP which is preventing the loading of Kernel modules. Fix: In 
the GUI make sure that both the Firewall and LCAP are enabled. Then reboot 
the server. During a reboot the firewall is started first, which makes sure 
all iptables related kernel modules are loaded. Afterwards LCAP is loaded, 
which prevents the loading of any additional kernel modules.
