Due to all of the issues and confussion with the configuration 
/etc/dovecot.conf, I have updated to RC28 (Fixes bugs), over write the 
configuration script, modify the need lines in the configuration, and 
run a "cced restart" so that your proper settings with regards to 
POP3(s)/IMAP(s) gets added to run / stop / etc.

The file name is: dovecot-1.0-1.rc28.BQ.i386.rpm
