I suppose one could use the sheel-tools:
/usr/sbin/clistvsite | /usr/sbin/clistvsite --fqdn  -

We tend to use similar routine when updating sitequotas/userquota -  
takes roughly 3 mins to update a server running ~350 sites - quite  
handy.
