Brian,

I have a server that processes as many as 10,000 emails a day, and we are
seeing about 20 to 30 connections dropped due to timeouts. Any chance I can
get on that list? If not, we are looking into retry logic on the gateway
server end of things, but really would like to implement this in the mail
server.

Thanks,

I am looking for one or two people who has had a lot of issues with
Dovecot relating to the PAM timeout issues, slow connections, too many
running processes, etc. You know, the one that people have complained
about. I will take the first couple of people, all others that
respond, I apologize, just please wait! It shouldn't be too long.

I have compiled the latest Dovecot, installed it on a test system, my
server, and one of my customers, and it seems to be going good. I
want to try with someone who has a lot of problems and see if it helps
them. If it does, I will release it so that it can be updated!

Thanks!
Brian
