Hi Rashid,

I've had a similar experience with my server on UK2.  It seems to be 
triggered by too much activity on the server (POP, FTP and SSH at the 
same time for example) from my IP, and I am locked out for approx 15-30 
minutes.  It appears to be UK2 doing it, since I cannot access any other 
servers that I know of either.

Could this be something similar to what you are experiencing?
