I am experiencing a weird situation on one of our servers.  The system is
responsive and then it becomes unresponsive:  ssh/http/admserv/ftp/pop/smtp
refuse to accept any connections.  In fact it apparently shutdowns.  I
believe it is compromised.  Any suggestions?
