Just for the record,
I've got 2 machines, 1 which works with the latest php and one which has
the same problem as below...
I've tried backing the problematic machine but nothing helps, short on
changing the scripts to use "include_once" instead of include.
I haven't checked why this happens or what might have changed... I just
think the phplib scripts should use "include_once" instead and then this
problem would be academic...
