I have a customer in Japan who is trying to load CBQ on a Tyan GS14. As
I don't speak Japanese and he speaks poor English.

I can't communicate the situation with the USB CDROM drive, where one
has to disconnect/reconnect the USB CDROM cable when the install screen
pauses at "loading /sbin/loader"

If someone fluent in Japanese could email or call him...
