Yes, you should fix it. Mailscanner is not completely setup yet. See my page:

Look for the section called "Edit MailScanner.conf"

Greetings,

When I execute /etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail start; 
I get the following error message...

MailScanner:       You must configure at least %org-name%, %org-long-name% or
%web-site% in your /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf file

Should I be concern and correct this?
