Got it figured out, edit the times in /etc/crontab.

I have raqback.sh running in the /etc/cron.daily folder, FTPing the results
to another system, but for some reason it is getting run late enough in the
morning now that it is finishing at mid-day.  What is the best way to
"program" the script to run a little earlier in the morning?  Move it out of
that folder and schedule it in /etc/cron.d?
