Dave, you have a CIDR of 12.180.68.0/22 that is quite a range. You must be
using something in front as a firewall. Make sure that tcp ports 444 and 81
are forwared to the IP address of that box on the firewall that you are
using. It will be better to have 81 only as it will be using ssl. Then you
connect using https://ip-address:81/login.php
