This is what I did to upgrade my original BQ/Nuonce install:

UPGRADE BQ:
         rpm -q base-bluequartz-capstone
                 base-bluequartz-capstone-5100R-0.20050818BQ29

         rpm -ivh http://www.nuonce.net/repos/nuonce-yumconf-1-0.noarch.rpm

         wget 
http://bluequartz.org/pub/BlueQuartz/5100R/CentOS4/tgz/BlueQuartz-5100R-CentOS4-i386-2006091301.tar.gz

         tar xfvpz BlueQuartz*

         cd BlueQuartz*

         ./update.sh

         cd ../

         rm -rf Bluequartz*
