Hi there - I am getting an odd relay error within BQ,

When I try to send an email to a user, I get the following error:

Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; host www.dom.ca[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] said: 550 5.7.1
    <user (at mark) dom.ca>... Relaying denied. Proper authentication required. (in
    reply to RCPT TO command)

My BQ machine is yummed up to date (Using the BQ based on NUONCE
installer), and no customizations outside of the web interface.

DNS is not used on this server - it is provided by another machine.

WEB INTERFACE SETTINGS (summarized - for email settings):

[site management tab]
General Settings
--> hostname: www.dom.ca

Services/Email
--> Email Server Aliases: dom.ca

The user is created, and uses an id like dom_username, with an alias to username

Are there settings within the web interface I am missing, or are there
settings I have to do in the config files?
