True, they don't help with the redundant data problem but I was 
suggesting the Coyote load balancer to solve the switchover problem with 
DNS propagation delay.  There is a somewhat more complicated setup that 
can be done with two Coyotes.  They can be setup to monitor each other 
and the status of the available servers and handle the DNS requests with 
a very short TTL.
