I have some questions about bluequartz fesatures which maybe still
exist.

a.)
Is there a german localisation for bluequartz available? If not. What do
I have to do to translate language file(s)?

b.)
Is there any kind of documentation available for the bluequartz
interface for admin/siteadmin and/or enduser?

c.)
The structure of the users is

admin
siteadmin
enduser

Is there any project or extension which can extend the structure to

admin
reseller
siteadmin
enduser
