Basically one of the programs makes a .vacation_msg file and the other makes
a .vacation.msg file in the users home directory, I forget which one is the
openwebmail one, I guess they should use the same filename if the content is
compatible. The openwebmail one seem not to be readable by the BQ mail system
even though it seems to knwo it exists, so I chmod'd it to be workreadable without
investigating the cause as I was in a hurry just before Xmas holidays to get a responder working.
