Is it possible on a bluequartz system to change the defalut ftp path? -

When a site admin login via ftp i would like his defalut path to be  
the root of the site  (home/sites/www.site.dk/) insted of the root of  
the user dir  (home/sites/www.site.dk/users/xx)

How could this be done?
