Well, I figured this out by comparing my existing RaQ 4 server
sendmail.cf and finding the pop before smtp relay entries were missing
on the new server. So I guess the GUI was not writing the sendmail.cf
file after all although it only said there was a problem once. Question
now becomes why is the GUI not altering my sendmail.cf file when saving
the changes?

Thanks,
