Hi guys and gals,

A month or so ago I migrated 100+ sites from a Raq4 to BlueQuartz using the
CMU. Today I went to one of the sites to add a Frontpage user. I did the
following:

- Open site in Frontpage.
- Enter webmaster password.
- Click on Tools --> Security --> Permissions

Then, I get the following error:
"Permissions for this web are maintained externally from Frontpage. You may
view the permission settings, but you cannot change them."

The permissions window pops up but everything is greyed out and you cannot
make any changes.

I tested a few sites that were added to the server (not migrated) and they
work fine.

Any help to solve this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
