There are three bugs that I have confirmed with the latest majordomo package
majordomo-1.94.4-13BQ4.
* if you have a local site admin, it will not see new entries approved by
the majordomo list owner in the UI. The web server admin user does see them,
and after that the local site admin will see the entries.
* The local site admin will generate SET 1.MailList failed (-9) errors in
syslog when clicking on the Mailing List link on the left side and when
removing entries from the UI after step above (otherwise will not see the
entries...)
* Entries like "John Doe" <John.Doe (at mark) mydomain.com> create two entries instead
of one, one for "John Doe" and other for the email address.
