I took your suggested, updated my 4.5 w/ the loaders from CentOS v4.4, and 
"yum updated" to todays patch level.  It is available on my website as 4.6 
Feel free to download it.

I do not think that the mirrors are up yet, as I haven't alerted them. 
So, it may be a bit slow to download.
