Agree, a choice would be nice.  Like you, I prefer postfix.  I was a 
sendmail "fan" for years, but after working with postfix I now prefer 
it hands down over sendmail.  Ease of incorporating various helo 
checks, body checks, header checks, and the ability of working with 
queued items (I can "suspend" or hold an item in queue so if a customer 
connection is down I don't waste time trying to deliver for two days 
over the weekend)....  Personally I would switch all my cobalt and BQ 
boxes to postfix tonight if it were available...
