Open up the message that needs approval.

Copy the entire message (complete headers and all) into a new message. The first 
line should have the words:
   Approved: <listpassword>

You don't need to enter a subject

Send this new message back to the list. (<listname> (at mark) www.<yourdomainname>.tld)

A few gotchas:
   The complete headers must be included.
   The headers cannot wrap. So you must set the width of your mail client so as 
not to wrap the message.
