I've worked with Fedora enough that I'm comfortable adding new yum repo's.
I'll probably go ahead and try it with the dev and dag repo's suggested at
http://wiki.rubyonrails.org/rails/pages/RailsOnCentos, and install tarballs
where I have to. I just wanted to confirm that I wasn't about to run down a
dead end.
