Is there a setting I have to fiddle with to get the IMAP server to
allow subfolders?

I know I've used subfolders on the RaQs before without doing anything
special, but the BQ box I'm using for a client doesn't seem to work.
I've got users I'm converting from POP to IMAP via Outlook. I created
a new account in Outlook that uses IMAP as the type, but when I try to
copy the existing folders from the POP account to the IMAP account it
fails, saying that the subfolders can't be created.
