One way is to enable the "centosplus" repository; then install a custom
kernel. Note that this technically breaks 100% compatibility with
RHEL4.

Towards the bottom of the document it covers install a kernel with XFS
read-write support.
Note: I am not sure if you need to install the separate XFS utilities
or whether they are included.
