I'm new to the list, but not to the "washing machines".

I have a RaQ4 and iit's obviously time to move on. I have a current
problem with two users...one uses Verizon and the other uses
Comcast...and both of their addressess show up in various databases
for open relays, etc....not spam.

With Centos, can I whitelist their addresses and stll make use of
databases like njabl.org. etc?
Can I add some other spam reduction measures.

I have several moderately sized mailing lists that are using
majordomo ala the cobalt flavor. With Centos. can I run majordomo
and get some of the features that care crippled in the RaQ setup, or
can I move the lists to Mailman or some other list program?

I'm posting here because over the years I've found that the folks
actually using the system have some insights that docs and howtos may overlook.

Thanks in advance.
