CVS is closed access for writting.  If you allow every one to write to CVS 
you will have 1 seriously messed up application.

I think 3 people have write CVS access.  Hisao, another BQ Developer, and 
myself.  I do not think they will give it out just to update 1 piece of 
code.

If you were making serious changings and committing bug fixes regularly, I 
do not think they would have a problem with it.

I do not think that is the same as I just tried the version that I had on 
a brand new system and it failed during the construct.  As far as what you 
said to remove, I didn't find any referrence it was being called during 
CCE construction.
