They do have it.  It is called "base-storage".  There are some issues 
with it.  I had worked on it for a while switching it from ext2 to 
ext3, and every thing I had tried failed horribly.  If anyone wants to 
play with it, I can get you the latest RPMS and you can try.

You need to know Perl though.  If you think just installing it will 
make it work, your wrong, and you may end up breaking your system!!! 
CCE will hang, nothing will load 100% and you will be up shits creek 
with out a paddle!
