Brian @Nuonce has a 'Remote Access'-PKG installable through yum:
yum install nuonce-mindterm

If you do not have set up access to Brians yum-repository:
rpm -ivh http://www.nuonce.net/repos/nuonce-yumconf-1-0.noarch.rpm
