If you do not have my yum repo rpm.

rpm -ivh http://www.nuonce.net/repos/nuonce-yumconf-1-0.noarch.rpm
yum install nuonce-cd-upgrade

If you have my repo, and it doesn't update:
yum install nuonce-cd-upgrade

First try a "yum update" first though.
