This "weird logs" just get stranger.

The problem is half related to the changes relating to the "/tmp" 
partition.  I have verified this by:

- Changing "tmp" back to "defaults" in /etc/fstab, and remounting /tmp.
- Forcing a run of the logrotate script.

Problem now is that if a system has had the flags "noexec,nosuid,rw" for 
the /tmp parition from the start, logrotate works just fine.  It is when 
you manually add change it, it seems go muck up.

Any thoughts?
