Supposedly, some of these users have a MySQL GUI interface on their BQ
machines, but I have never seen one. I didn't see the firewall either until
I manually requested it. What other things can I request that I don't have?
Does anyone have any documentation for the firewall?

Jason, I too have now done "yum install base-firewall-*" and see the
firewall has installed. And like you, I wonder what other things have not
been installed. How can I find out what I may have missed? Could this be
why I am not seeing the MySQL GUI interface?

Hi,

I have now done "yum install base-firewall-*" and now seem to have it
installed. Are there any guides on configuring this firewall?

Thanks
Jason

Hi,
Nope its defiantly not there! Its a raq3 installed with strong bolt

fully

yum updated. How can I go about finding why it hasn't installed
it? I'm now
wondering what else hasn't updated.

Thanks
Jason

Hi,

"basic firewall" in under 'Security' menu.
This feature was added before this update.
Please check it.

And, packages are base-firewall*.rpm.

Hi,
I have seen "basic firewall in the GUI" come up in this list a few
times
this week. Can some one tell me where I can find it? Is it a new
feature or
have I just not looked hard enough?

Thanks
Jason
