Same happening with a server with only 5 users ;-)
I always check if it's working when receiving that message and it does.
I believe the crontab just checks every 15 minutes or so ..
so I ignore such messages only if they are repeated several times after
I get awake again ;-)
For me it's just a hobby so not business threatening.
