Sounds like that server has problems resolving DNS. Check that it is using 
valid and working DNS servers in "System Settings" / "TCP/IP" / "DNS 
Servers".

To test it from the command line, type "nslookup heise.de" and see if (and how 
fast) it can resolve the IP for that.
