That's weird.  I had SMTP Auth enabled and it didn't effect sendmail.  When
enabled the Submission Port, it croaked.  I finally went back to the
defaults and edited my setting in Outlook to try port 25 again.  Worked.
Seems the ISP has stopped blocking port 25.  Go figure.
