Yes. Those lines are they.

Perhaps I wasn't clear in my message. It's working fine now but I had to go into 
the control panel...network services...email...Then clicked on POPS server and 
saved. Then people started downloading mail.

If I now check off the POPS server, people are still able to download mail. 
Perhaps Dovecot just needed a restart to kick in correctly.
