You should be able to do `yum install samba-swat`, although there are some other 
packages you may want too...

# yum list | grep -i samba
samba.i386                               3.0.10-1.4E.9          base
samba-client.i386                        3.0.10-1.4E.9          base
samba-common.i386                        3.0.10-1.4E.9          base
samba-swat.i386                          3.0.10-1.4E.9          base
