This also happened to us on version 4.2,

(SITE AND/OR USER QUOTA CHANGED TO UNLIMITED)

We think its related to same sort of failure while creating or updating
quotas. Thought we were the only ones to see it,

To fix it we had to go back to each site and every user and change the quota
to something else and then return it.

Since upgrading to nuonce 4.5 and all updates as of tonight One more glitch
appears now in disk usage listing

All sites have Maximum Allowed Disk Space settings for sites and user
accounts

But when in Server Management(tab) > Usage Information > Disk >
Sites/All_Users(tabs)

Allowed Disk Space displays as Unlimited??

Also at end of sites listing is extra record named with number of sites on
machine

I thought this to be temporary but this is 2-3 days same
